1. Our Commitment

Alfred has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Alfred strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material and any form of child exploitation on our platform. The safety of minors is a fundamental priority, and we are committed to taking swift, decisive action against any violation.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited on Alfred:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
• Grooming behavior — building trust with a minor for the purpose of exploitation
• Sexualization of minors in any form
• Solicitation of minors for sexual or exploitative purposes
• Exploitation imagery involving minors
• Trafficking-related content involving minors
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAM
• Attempting to coordinate illegal activity involving minors

3. How to Report

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, please report it immediately.

A. In-App Reporting

You can report content directly within Alfred:

1. Open the event or content you want to report
2. Tap the menu (⋯)
3. Select “Report”
4. Choose the appropriate reason
5. Submit the report

B. Email Reporting

If you cannot find the in-app report option, or prefer to report via email, contact us at:

All child safety reports are reviewed promptly and handled with priority.

4. Enforcement

When a violation of these standards is identified, Alfred may take the following actions:

• Remove the violating content immediately
• Suspend the offending account
• Permanently ban the user from Alfred
• Preserve relevant evidence as appropriate
• Report the violation to relevant authorities where legally required

Enforcement actions are taken at our discretion and may occur without prior notice.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

Momento Technologies OÜ complies with applicable laws regarding child safety and exploitation.

• We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities where required
• We may provide relevant information to authorities where legally obligated
• We support efforts to investigate and prosecute offenses against children

6. User Safety Guidance

• Do not share or redistribute illegal content — doing so may constitute a criminal offense
• Immediately report any suspicious behavior involving minors
• If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away

7. Age Requirements

• Alfred is not directed to children under 13
• Users must meet minimum age requirements under applicable law
• Parents or guardians who believe a minor is using the app unlawfully should contact us at support@alfredapp.io

8. Privacy and Evidence Handling

When handling child safety reports, we take the following approach:

• We review only what is necessary to investigate the report
• We minimize access to user data during investigations
• Reports are handled confidentially
• Evidence is retained only as required by law

We may use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and address harmful content.
